By accessing and using Local Lead HQ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Local Lead HQ LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice.
Local Lead HQ is a cloud-based lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for local service professionals. The Service provides tools for lead capture, pipeline management, scheduling, and customer communication. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
We offer various subscription plans at different price points. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your subscription will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Billing occurs on the same day each month (or year) that your subscription began. If a billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a particular month, billing will occur on the last day of that month.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges incurred under your account. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment using your backup payment method if available.
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on your subscription. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide us with valid tax documentation.
We offer a 14-day free trial of our Service. The free trial is available only to new customers who have not previously used the Service. To access the free trial, you must provide valid account information but no credit card is required.
At the end of your free trial, your account will be paused unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Your data will be retained for 30 days after the trial ends. If you do not subscribe within 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to terminate or limit free trial access at any time and for any reason.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted. You may export your data before cancellation if needed.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Local Lead HQ LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you upload or create within the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from the Service without our prior written permission.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEAD COMMAND CENTER LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Local Lead HQ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
